Needless to say, over the years I have learned to “just call Randy” for all my heating and AC needs at the OC properties. Have used him probably 10-12 times for all types of repairs and even two or three whole unit replacements. In my book, he is the same as my go-to plumber, go-to painter, go-to tree guy and go-to carpet guy. He knows his stuff, does a good job and is fairly priced. He will never screw me. He gives me piece of mind, unlike the “smell good plumber” who might have sprayed on the cologne before arriving, but leaves a stench for years afterwards every time I recall how he overcharged me for shoddy work. I’m still so pissed that I change the radio station whenever I hear his commercials. Hate being a victim!
Don’t be a victim. Call Randy and you’ll not have to change radio stations.

He is reliable, considerate, friendly, trustworthy, and it is obvious he has a well understanding of heating and air conditioning. I was worried when my heater went out that I could be taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. Randy came highly recommended by a friend and was straight forward and honest. He was very thorough and did not try to sell me anything that wasn’t need. The cost was also very reasonable.
